Alexander Calder performs his “Circus” Whitney Museum

My art professor loves this guy, and any other elderly human being who still has it in him/her to know how to play like a kid.

This isn’t exactly like the independent short films that I usually post. Alexander Calder is first and foremost a fantastic sculptor, but he’s got a ton of creative works under his belt. Like this one, for example. Look up his other art!! ;)

“SWEET SAVAGE LOVE” by Charlotte Marie Jackson

I actually follow her on deviantArt and watched this a while ago. I loved and was delighted by everything about it, shared this with my frandzz who thought it was gross. I just remembered this clip when I saw an Adventure Time gif and decided to put this up because, why not? She might just be a student at CalArts now, but a few years from now this is going to be the stuff of cartoon comedy! She’s a terrific artist besides.
